Tandem Server and WordPress as content management and web site editors

I have been researching and testing WordPress and TandemServer as content management systems. Tandem Server is ok, could be a bit of fun, but easy to make a mess! You would need to learn it yourself, if you want to check out the pages I have put together using TS, follow this link...
I have only trialled it for a little while, I had trouble actually finding where the page editor was (It's under sitemap link). I would recommend it for someone wanting a very simple site. you need a domain name and hosting, and the hosting needs to be on a Windows platform.
WordPress. Now WordPress is famous worldwide, has some fantastic themes you can use to make your site look great, but remember they are common themes, and have been downloaded and used by thousands of people. It has the ability to add some cool widgets, and calendars, newsletters, images etc. Needs domain name and hosting on a Linux platform.
These programs install and work seemlessly on my hosting, as it's the first hosting company to actually offer this hosting connection with applications such as this.
I managed to destroy my site within a day (I did not read the instructions), with errors all over the screen and needed to reinstall but that's what happens when you push things to the limit. I mess up alot of things I play with, but the trick in learning is getting back to Good! - which I always manage to do.
Skill of course, is in fixing what you **** up!
anyway check out the site I made in a day. Follow this link...
I think the best thing to do, if you want a fantastic looking website is have one professionally designed, and use the free editor I offer on my website. I would have the website zipped up for you and it could be imported into Pagebreeze. There you could edit the text and keep your website looking customised and beautiful.
With blogger, there were too many hassles getting my website template to work, so it would be best to have a top banner designed .
Then sign up for a Blogger account import your image into the top navigation area and blog away.
If you would like to implement any of these CMS, then send me an email...
Have a great day!

A cheaper option perhaps for Content Management
A content management system costs approximately $1,350. Now I have been researching how to allow clients to make their own site content editable without the hefty price tag. Using Blogger is not the best or most design perfect way, but if I can add my template to blogger and make comments like this, which show up in my own site design template, then I should be able to do this for my clients. Even if one page was made to be a 'Latest News' page, clients can add their own content.
This is pretty exciting if I have this sussed out right. I honestly don't like to charge my clients any more than is absolutely necessary. It will cost about an hour of my time to put this into operation for my clients. This is for one editable page!
this is only a new concept to me and my third day of checking it is a viable option.
so doing a whole site, not really sure if this will work, as blogger posts go onto one page I have put a template on.
I think its good to have one page anyway that can contain latest news items, or anything else the client wants to say, without paying for updates. This would be perfect for anyone wishing to have a one page website!
Like a restaurant for example who need to update their menu items from time to time!
